How do you stop software development from turning into a many-header monster that you command?
Don't surrender until you have perfected or developed a software that is indestructible by selfish humans. Otherwise the evils will again prevail over the good ones. This should not happen because this is the Kingdom of Goodness.

Reply:Teaming/Working together/ having a common goal is what is really needed. A single boss at the top of an organization structure is only one method of obtaining those attributes for an organization.
