How can I get freelance jobs on embedded systems and software development.?
There are several sites where potential employers and professionals converge. Employers will post projects in web development, research, software dev, etc. and if you like the job, you'll bid for the project giving estimated work hours, deliverables, and cost. If the employer is convinced you can do the job and the cost estimate is within his or her budget, you will then be selected to do it.
The sites that I use and strongly recommend are www.elance.com and www.guru.com. You can open basic accounts for free in both, or, since you're a team, you can pay the monthly fee and get to bid for more projects. Good luck to you and your team.
